Hello, I am Morrissa Berman, a qualified mindfulness and yin yoga instructor, currently on a journey as well to becoming a certified counselor. My own experiences have shown me the importance of taking care of our bodies, slowing down and fully being present for the moments we get to live. I have a deep care for others and my practices are grounded in my desire to help others feel good in themselves and more connected to their inner world and community.

My previous work was in education, however, I have since transitioned from that field to focus on my passion of mental health and emotional wellbeing. My approach is calm, reflective and rooted in compassion, kindness and genuine interest in others. Through mindfulness, yin yoga and (in the future) counseling, I hope to create a safe, non-judgmental space where people can express themselves.
